My friend has a shiny gold Softride that I would like to try on my Cross-Check as I ride it off-road a lot, but it is too long & low for use with drops.
I had a full Morgen beam bike purchased from Howell @ Fresh Air back in 89/90(?)...the stem on my rig was an earlier generation than later production stem pictured...(mine = coil spring)...I noticed later versions out on the trail moving to the pictured hydro - I bet they worked a lot better + that clamp on top...never saw that?!....any chance of a JP stem re-issue?

That stem is outrageous, what a bike.
It's a JP Morgen hydraulically damped suspension stem. Much more sophisticated than an Allsop Softride stem.

I like the dice!

Maybe I'm seeing things Mike, but isn't that 3 colors?
Busted! Actually, there's also a 4th in there too in the form of a nice charcoal color that fades into the black.
